Wow, great video Suzanne, it’s so nice to hear successful entrepreneurs rave about how valuable a VA can be to business owners. As a VA “matchmaker” I spend a great deal of my time repeating those same sentiments. As busy professionals, it’s important that we use our time wisely. The wonderful thing about this industry is that we all have access to incredible talent in any area of our business that we need, so we can afford to be very precise in how we choose to spend our time.

Instead of struggling through tasks that we are only adequate at – we can partner with someone who is a pro and can handle those tasks with ease. That leaves us time to focus on the things that we really do NEED to be working on.

I will definitely use this video when I am encouraging more clients to utilize VA’s in their business.

    Excellent advice!!

I actually had a prospect come to me once who was turned away by another VA because they were “just starting out”! I couldn’t believe it!! Starting in the beginning of your business with a VA makes your business so much stronger, by having good systems in place before you get really busy will make things go so much smoother.

I always encourage my clients to start small, delegating just one or even a “dreaded” task can make a big difference in your energy and results.

    Thanks Suzanne, great reminder!!
