Retreat Getaway

One of the really cool things I do with my private clients is we go away for retreat weekend…this weekend we headed to upstate NY for 2 days of focus, fun, and to be honest- FOOD!  It doesn’t hurt when the group consists of some real foodies AND some health counselors with a food focus…it all made for good eats.

We started the weekend at the house I had rented for everyone and enjoyed a champagne toast!together!

What a wonderful time we had…late night PJ parties discussing the best book we have read in the past 6 months, empowering moments where we all had to pass the tissues several times, and fellowship of mastermind.  There is simply NOTHING like being surrounded by like minded, goal oriented, caring people.  We are all talking about the next one coming up in January…will YOU be there?

We celebrated in a BIG way the last night with a wonderful dinner at Emerson Resort and Spa!

Just for the record…I had a  NY apple and blue cheese salad for starters, filet and oysters over lobster risotto for my main, and a bite of squash cheesecake- YUM!  I must admit Randy and Rosie had the salmon- I was a bit envious.  It looked subtle and delicious!
