Are you willing to have fun?
Randy Pausch died. He was the professor that gave “The Last Lecture” . Below is a part of that lecture:
“I mean I don’t know how to not have fun. I’m dying and I’m having fun. And I’m going to keep having fun every day I have left. Because there’s no other way to play it,” he said in his Carnegie Mellon lecture. “You just have to decide if you’re a Tigger or an Eeyore. I think I’m clear where I stand on the great Tigger/Eeyore debate. Never lose the childlike wonder. It’s just too important. It’s what drives us.”
Think back to the last time you really had fun. I mean bent over laughing so hard it hurt, smiled for an hour straight, or cried from shear joy. He would want us to learn from his journey and from his life. I suggest you immediately go find some fun.
This news just nailed a decision for me…I am booking fisrt class tickets to Napa Valley.
To pure crazy wild doubled over can’t stop blissful magical joy!
Your coach,
Suzanne
It works!
Just believe…today I said- I will only focus on what I want to have, achieve, be, or do…. I WILL NOT FOCUS on the how. That’s what gets us all confused and worried.
So, I said Dear God just keep reassuring me…I might need it and I just opened my fortune cookie from lunch and it said…
“You will be unusually successful in business!”
I love God. He is really cool.
I didn’t know I’d get emotional
I have been hiding out in my basement. Seriously. OK, well my basement is my office. For the last few months I have been working on my “heart” project. What I know I was meant to do. I got to roll the new system out at the ADD conference in Minneapolis and it was an extraordinary experience.
The room was packed with therapists, coaches, nutritionists, consultants, lawyers…all types of client based business owners that make a difference in people’s lives. My new system www.helpmorepeople.com is my gift. It is a paint by numbers system to build a business that helps more people and makes more money.
I knew it was a great system and I felt extremely in tune with the message, but the reaction was a surprise. I didn’t get to eay my breakfast the next morning in the convention hall for talking to people and answering questions. Someone said this was the answer she had been looking for over the last two years. Phew….
I got really emotional. It all made sense for me after this weekend- what I was meant to do, who I was meant to serve, and why everything has happened in my life up until this point. I cant wait to keep working on it and keeping helping more people.
Shalom,
Suzanne
